Privacy Policy for PBIRD
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game PBIRD (package name
com.skcode.pdird) for Android. It explains what information the app
collects, how it is used, how advertising is handled, and what choices users have.
By using PBIRD, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Developer and Contact
PBIRD is provided through Google Play. For privacy questions, requests, or notices, please use the developer contact details shown on the PBIRD Google Play listing.
2. Information We Collect
PBIRD is a simple arcade game and does not require account registration or direct submission of personal profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
PBIRD may process the following categories of information:
- Local gameplay and settings data stored on your device: best score, sound setting, and difficulty setting.
- Basic app and device data used by advertising SDKs: device or other identifiers such as advertising ID where available, ad interaction events, app session information related to ad delivery, diagnostics, IP address, and network-related data.
- Connectivity information: the app may check whether a network connection is available in order to request or show rewarded ads.
3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
PBIRD does not intentionally collect:
- account credentials;
- payment card information;
- contacts;
- messages or call logs;
- photos, videos, audio recordings, or files;
- precise device location.
4. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
PBIRD contains advertising functionality, including rewarded ads used for an optional continue flow after game over. Rewarded ads are provided through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK.
According to Yandex's official Google Play data safety guidance for its Mobile Ads SDK, the SDK transmits user data off the device and shares data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Under the SDK's default Android configuration:
- device or other identifiers may be collected and shared for advertising purposes if the relevant permission is available;
- approximate and precise location are not collected by default unless separately enabled by the app developer after obtaining any required consent;
- data handled by the SDK is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS.
More information is available from Yandex at:

Data processed by third-party advertising services is retained according to those third parties' own retention policies and legal obligations.
